If you’re considering Viper Alley for a wedding, you should book it immediately.  My wife I and got married here and it was phenomenal!  Chris and Laurie were the the best to work with, who went above and beyond throughout our planning and during our reception. The venue itself was absolutely amazing, one of a kind. The guests could not stop raving about the environment, the service and the dessert spread Viper Alley provided. So many compliments, all which were very well deserved. It blew all our expectations out of the water. Thanks to everyone involved for helping make our day perfect! Highly recommend this place for a wedding or any large event, you will not be disappointed.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Viper Alley as the venue for our son’s Bar Mitzvah party last weekend!  The space is amazing, the staff is helpful (thank you so much, Laurie!!) and the food was delicious.  We loved the lighting package which included the montage and all of the lighting during the party.  We hired a DJ and dancers and Emcee from Energy Productions, and we hired M & M Special Events to do our centerpieces.  The room looked AMAZING and the party was so much fun.  Viper Alley accomodated every request- including finding out that 3 of our guests were gluten intolerant THE NIGHT BEFORE THE PARTY.  Viper Alley offered to steam veggies and bake chicken with no sauce for these guests, at the very last minute.  Carrie Shultz was our day-of planner and helped Laurie run everything smoothly.  We couldn’t have been more pleased.  Thank you for EVERYTHING, Viper Alley!!

I think everything…except the weather…was perfect. Wouldn’t surprise me if you didn’t get some more referrals from this event. My brother lives in Lake Zurich and has 3 daughters.  He has already said he will be booking that when his daughter get married. 

Had so many compliments on the food and venue. Especially receiving great marks were the skirt steak and the sweet table. So many positive comments! Loved having the TV’s on for the Hawks game…that was a hit. (Nice that they won the game that night, too.) So glad we chose the dessert table over the wedding cake.  Many said they would take that over cake any day. And, I loved the way you personalized it us.

I had my wedding reception at viper alley in May, it was FABULOUS!!

Overall, we had a wonderful night, created some incredible life long memories and had such a blast! Viper Alley helped us make all of that come true! Thank you!

At the end of the night, the staff manager, Chris, helped us cart our centerpiece things, flowers and all other decorations/gifts down to our car as well as to the hotel. He really went above and beyond! It’s the little details like these that really make a huge difference in service. 

The room was set exactly as I had envisioned and the staff worked quickly and efficiently to make sure everything was “just so”. Halfway through the night, I had to laugh, because the staff kept asking if I was okay and I’m just not used to that kind of attentive attention! It was great knowing that the staff was so on top of things, it really helped me to feel relaxed knowing everything was being taken care of!

We had the ceremony on stage in the main room, then cocktail hour in the bar by the kitchen as the staff re-set the main area for dinner and dancing. Dinner was served buffet style as well as passed (we chose a variety of small plates instead of a large plated meal). We kept the bowling lanes open the entire night and our guests really LOVED that! Everything was PERFECT! We have gotten so many compliments on the courtesy of the staff, the quality of the drinks, and tastiness of ALL the food!

My husband and I were married July 30, 2016 at Viper Alley. From day one, we were so excited to have our wedding in this space. It was the fun and funky atmosphere we were hoping for and it had just enough of a bar/club feel that it truly was perfect for our evening ceremony and late night reception. The event planner, Laurie, is so easy to work with. She is very communicative and is not afraid to share her thoughts and give suggestions. Every question we had, she answered in a very timely manner and she left no area undiscussed. I have a lot of friends who have recently been married and they cannot say the same for their venues!

Laurie, I cannot praise nor thank you and your staff enough for the incredible care, service, attention, etc. that you all gave us this past 3 October for our reunion event!!

The accolades continue to come in via facebook, email and phone calls to each and every one of us on the committee. I couldn’t imagine really what the venue could be, how it would be arranged, how the buffet would be served, etc. I had no expectations at all, other than the agreement you presented to us was the fairest and most reasonable for our group.

You and Ronnis put together an amazing event! And your staff! WOW! From your doorman to the bathrooms — everything was just perfect! And never was there a better reunion than our Niles East, West and North 50th Reunion!
